According to the source, the Merseyside club are not currently in talks with the 23-year-old midfielder's representatives. Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United are also reportedly interested in Rogers.
The midfielder has made 37 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 10 goals and providing seven assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2031. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 70 million euros.
