According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, "Liverpool" is watching the 23-year-old English footballer, and the Merseyside team could offer around £100 million for the winger.
It is also noted that "Aston Villa" believes that Rogers will stay at the Birmingham club and continue his career there.
Morgan's contract with the team runs until the summer of 2031. This season, the player has scored seven goals and provided five assists in 24 Premier League games.
