"Liverpool" and "Chelsea" are ready to spend £52 million to transfer RB Leipzig striker Yann Diomande. The Spanish portal "Sport.es" reports this, according to Sport24.az.
"Liverpool" can be considered the favorite in the fight for Diomande, as the striker had previously openly stated his interest in the "Merseyside" club. The club also sees him in the main squad as a replacement for Mohamed Salah.
It is reported that PSG is also interested in the striker. "RB Leipzig", in turn, wants to keep Diomande for at least one more season and is trying to extend his contract.
It should be noted that Diomande has played 30 matches in all tournaments this season, scored 11 goals and provided 8 assists. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2030. According to Transfermarkt, the player's market value is 75 million euros.
