According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, this is a prediction of the level a player can reach in an optimistic scenario. It is defined as the top 10 percent of historical benchmarks for players in the same position, at the same level, and of the same age as the player currently.
Based on this data, TransferRoom has compiled a list of the top ten forwards under the age of 23 with the greatest potential to become stars.
