A study was conducted on the intervention of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system in Spanish La Liga matches during the 2024/2025 season.
"Report", citing AS, reports that "Real" and "Alaves" are the clubs most affected by VAR.
Referees changed their decisions 16 times against both teams during the season. They enjoyed positive decisions 9 and 8 times, respectively.
"Barcelona" is the leader in terms of the number of positive decisions after VAR intervention. 16 decisions were made in favor of the Catalan team, and 7 against them.
The representatives of justice most often did not allow "Real" goals (8 times) to be recorded.
It should be noted that "Barcelona" won La Liga with 88 points. "Real" finished the season in second place with 84 points.
