The International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) has officially announced the list of honorary guests who will attend the 2026 World Cup draw.
Idman.Biz reports that the tournament will be held next summer in Canada, the USA, and Mexico.
According to FIFA, celebrities from outside the world of football will be invited to the ceremony. Among the participants are
Rio Ferdinand, former defender of Manchester United and the England national team, American football legends Eli Manning and Tom Brady, Canadian hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, MLB superstar and New York Yankees player Aaron Judge, and NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal.
Samantha Johnson has been appointed as the host of the ceremony.
The draw will be held in three countries for the first time in history. This will be a key event in preparation for the 2026 World Cup.
