According to Report, the award was presented before the 1/8 final play-off match with Nashville held at the Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale (Florida, USA).
In the regular season, the 38-year-old Argentine scored 29 goals in 28 matches, five goals ahead of his closest followers Denis Bouanga (Los Angeles) and Sam Sarric (Nashville).
