England's "Leeds United" has strengthened its defense with a new player. Sport24.az reports that the team, which has been promoted to the Premier League, has transferred Jaka Bijol from "Udinese".

"Leeds United" paid the Italian club 18 million euros in compensation for the Slovenian central defender. A 5-year contract has been signed with the 26-year-old football player.
It should be noted that Jaka Bijol moved to "Udinese" from Moscow CSKA in the summer of 2022. The member of the Slovenian national team scored 2 goals and 2 assists in 37 official matches he played for the Serie A representative last season.
