The English Football Association has renewed the contract with the head coach of the youth national team.
Idman.biz reports that the new agreement with Lee Carsley is valid until the end of EURO 2027.
The 51-year-old specialist has been working with England's U-21 national team since 2018. Carsley was appointed head coach in 2021. He also briefly led the country's main national team last year.
It should be noted that Carsley's team competed in the same group in the qualifying round of EURO 2025. The English scored 12 goals against our national team in two matches (5:1, 7:0)
