Lamine Yamal Breaks Mbappe's Champions League Record

Spanish winger Lamine Yamal of Spanish champion Barcelona broke a tournament record by scoring a goal against Newcastle in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16.

According to Lent.az, Yamal became the youngest player to score 10 goals in the Champions League. He reached this stage at the age of 18 years and 248 days.

Lamine Yamal broke Kylian Mbappe's record of 18 years and 350 days.

In addition, the Spanish player became the youngest player to score in two consecutive play-off matches in Champions League history, making 10 assists in 31 games.
