Barcelona winger Lamin Yamal has been named the best footballer in the world for the 2024/25 season according to the Spanish publication Marca.
Idman.biz reports that the 18-year-old Spaniard scored 3310 points in the "Los 100 de Marca" vote.
133 experts, including Marca journalists, former footballers and coaches, participated in the survey.
The list of the 10 best footballers of the season also includes Usman Dembele (PSG, 3100 points), Vitinha (PSG, 2732), Raphinha (Barcelona, 2467), Kylian Mbappe (Real, 2292), Pedri (Barcelona, 2035), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool, 2022), Achraf Hakimi (PSG, 1371), Nuno Mendes (PSG, 1162) and Gianluigi Donnarumma (PSG, 1070).
