After Ansu Fati's loan move, Barcelona's legendary number 10 jersey is vacant again.
İdman.biz reports that Lamin Yamal, who turns 18 today, could inherit the number once worn by Lionel Messi.
According to journalist Guillem Balague, the club is discussing the possibility of keeping Yamal under the number 19 for another season. The player himself has previously published a photo in this shirt and expressed his respect for those who wore this number before him.
Rumors have been circulating for a long time about the possible choice of the number 10. While Fati was in the team, Yamal never commented openly on this topic. Now he is faced with a choice: to continue his path under number 19 or to take on the symbolic legacy of Barcelona's greatest players, from Stoichkov to Messi.
