In the 30th round of the Spanish La Liga, Getafe hosted Athletic Bilbao. The match, which took place at the Coliseum stadium, ended with a 2-0 victory for the home team.
Idman.Biz reports that the hosts added important three points to their assets with goals scored in both halves. Luis Vazquez opened the scoring in the 14th minute of the game. Martin Satriano scored near the end of the match, in the 90th minute, and put the final point.
Thanks to this victory, Getafe (41) improved its position in the tournament table - eighth place. Athletic (38), on the other hand, lost important points in the fight for European Cups and remained in tenth place.
