La Liga announced on its X page that the match between "Villarreal" and "Barcelona" of the 17th round, which was supposed to be held in the USA, has been cancelled.

Hosting an official match outside our borders would be a crucial step in expanding our championship globally, strengthening the international presence of clubs, increasing the visibility of players and strengthening the brand of Spanish football".
The organizers of the Miami match had previously stated that they did not have enough time to properly prepare for the event.
