La Liga: Alaves Defeats Espanyol Away (2:1) - VIDEO

Espanyol and Alaves faced off in the 22nd round of the Spanish Championship.

Idman.Biz reports that Alaves won the match held in Barcelona.

Espanyol's player Roberto Fernandez opened the scoring in the 15th minute. Antonio Blanco equalized in the 27th minute. Lucas Boye scored Alaves' winning goal in the 71st minute – 2:1.

After this game, Alaves is 11th in the La Liga standings with 25 points. Espanyol is 5th with 34 points.
