Head coach of "Turan Tovuz" Gurban Berdyev has refused the services of another local football player.
Idman.biz, referring to Sportinfo.az, reports that he did not want to see Sadig Shafiyev at his disposal.
The forward, whom the western club did not include in the application form, still has a 2-year contract.
Local officials have offered the 20-year-old forward, who has a monthly salary of 2,500 manats, to terminate the contract by mutual agreement.
Sadig scored 1 goal in the first half of last season. The young forward, who found the way to the goal of "Sumgayit", was loaned to "Kapaz" after the winter break.
Before that, Kurban Berdyev put Ibrahim Ramazanov on the "blacklist". The defender, who came from "Gabala" last summer, was not ordered for the new season.
