Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate commented on the team's restructuring and current results.
Idman.Biz reports that after 31 games, Liverpool is fifth in the English Premier League standings with 49 points.
"We are bringing in new players, adapting and trying to understand each other. We will definitely win a trophy in time. When we win the Premier League or the Champions League, we will be successful and people will forget our failures," ESPN quoted Konate as saying.
Konate's contract with Liverpool expires in the summer of 2026. The defender has made 41 appearances for the club this season, scoring two goals.
