Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany has revealed what he thinks of the statement made by former club president Uli Hoeness.
According to Idman.Biz, Hoeness said that Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola had told the Belgian specialist that he would be the next head coach of the 'Citizens'.
"I am not here to comment on Uli Hoeness' statements. I have great respect for him. But it is difficult to look so far ahead in football. I am focused on Bayern and what we can achieve. I like living in the present. It takes up all my time. I don't think about other teams, I only see Bayern," ESPN quoted Kompany as saying.
Kompany has been Bayern's head coach since the summer of 2024.
