Former French national team member Dmitri Payet may play in Turkey. Sport24.az reports that the 38-year-old midfielder is of interest to "Kocaelispor".
The Izmit representative, who returned to the Turkish Super League after 16 years, is in talks with the agent of the football player who recently left "Vasco da Gama".
Payet himself is also positive about playing in Turkey. However, no concrete agreement has yet been reached between the parties on financial matters.
The experienced football player, who played for "Nantes", "Saint-Etienne", "Lille", "Marseille", "West Ham" clubs, moved to "Vasco da Gama" in 2023.
