Killer Bruno, who murdered his girlfriend and fed her to dogs, returns to football

Idman.Biz reports that goalkeeper Bruno Fernandes, who was sentenced to 22 years in prison in 2013 for murdering his girlfriend, dismembering her body and feeding it to dogs, is returning to professional football.

The Vasco da Gama club has officially added the 41-year-old goalkeeper to the application form. Fernandes, who has been serving his sentence in semi-open regime since 2019, may appear in the match against Velo Club in the Brazilian Cup tomorrow.

Let us remind you that this bloody incident happened in 2010. At that time, Bruno, the captain of Flamengo, was arrested as the main suspect in the disappearance of model Eliza Samudio.

The main details related to the causes of the incident are as follows:

- Paternity suit and alimony: Model Eliza Samudio claimed that she was pregnant by Bruno Fernandes and that he was the father of the child. The model, who was also associated with Ronaldo, demanded that Bruno accept the child and pay alimony.
