PSG winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has set a club record in the Champions League.
According to İdman.Biz, the Georgian forward doubled his team's lead in the 65th minute by scoring in the quarter-final match against Liverpool.
The match ended 2-0 in favor of PSG.
This goal was Kvaratskhelia's fourth consecutive goal in the play-off stage of the current competition. Previously, no PSG player had scored in four consecutive play-off matches.
The last player to achieve such a streak was Karim Benzema, who led Real Madrid to victory in the 2021/22 season by scoring in five consecutive play-off games.
In total, Kvaratskhelia has scored eight goals in the current Champions League and shares fifth place with Erling Haaland in the list of top scorers.
