The AFFA Disciplinary Committee has awarded a technical defeat to the "Khidirli" team, which plays in the Regional League. Sport24.az reports that, citing the official website of the national association, this was due to the suspension of the match with "Vilesh".
In the mentioned match, fans entered the field and physically pressured the opposing players. As a result, since security was not fully ensured, the "Khidirli" team was given a 0:3 technical defeat because the meeting was suspended.
The "Istiqlal" team in the same tournament also faced this situation. The team received a 0:3 defeat because they were not on the field in the duel with "Sabirabad".
In the Regional League, "Hajigabul" faced the same penalty because a doctor was not appointed for the match with "Ucar".
In addition, in the U-15 League, "Khudat" received a technical defeat in the game with "Kapaz", and "Gabala" in the match with "Alfa" because they did not appear on the field.
