"Khankendi", who defeated "Araz Saatli" with a score of 14:0 in the VI round of the Azerbaijan II League, also wants to advance in the Azerbaijan Cup.

He stated that their goal is to win the championship:
"The game was not very difficult for us. The defeat against "Garadag Lokbatan" in the previous round had a somewhat negative impact on us. Thanks to the guys, we demonstrated a collective game this time and won the victory we wanted. Our goal is the championship. We always play for the top. We are very happy that we have returned to the leading position in the tournament table. The main thing is to maintain our position. We also want to advance in the Azerbaijan Cup. This is also important for us. I hope that we will win the match against "Difai" in the II qualifying round. Although the opponent is a strong and high-quality team. Then we have a game with "Shamkir". I know that the cup match will be difficult for us. For this reason, there will be fatigue in the meeting with "Shamkir". In any case, we intend to finish both meetings with a victory".
The football player, who brought the team to the field as captain for the first time, also said that he was not nervous:
"Despite bringing the team to the field as captain for the first time, there was no excitement. Because I was also the captain in "Karvan-Yevlax" before. Currently, our main captain is Aziz Huseynov. I performed this duty in his absence. Wearing the "Khankendi" uniform is exciting in itself".
