UFC Hall of Famer and former lightweight world champion Khabib Nurmagomedov congratulated PSG and French national team forward Ousmane Dembele on winning the 2025 Ballon d'Or award.

Khabib added a photo taken at the 2024/25 Champions League final with Dembele and Islam Makhachev and wrote a congratulatory message: "Dembele is the best, congratulations."
It should be noted that in the voting for the Ballon d'Or award, Dembele surpassed Barcelona's young star Lamin Yamal. His teammate Vitinha was in third place.
