Qarabag's footballer Kevin Medina participated in a press conference held in Spain before the third round match of the UEFA Champions League main stage against Athletic. Sport24.az reports that he said the match will be difficult for both sides:
"It will be a very difficult game for both them and us. Our preparation is not only against the Williams brothers, but against the entire Athletic team. They are the faces of the club, but we are not only playing against them. Tomorrow we are ready to fight hard against the whole team."
Medina also emphasized that he learned from his performance last season and is in better shape this season:
"Last season I was not at the level I wanted to be, and this was a great motivation for me. I worked hard on myself, and I also became psychologically stronger. I feel great now. One must learn from mistakes and I am better this season than last season."
