Napoli midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has spoken highly of Milan player Luka Modrić. Sport24.az reports that the Belgian player made a statement about this to La Gazetta dello Sport.
He said that Modrić is one of the strongest midfielders in world football:
"I have faced and communicated with Modrić on the field many times. He is one of the best in football history and a top-level player. I know him very well. We have played against each other many times and often talked. I think he is one of the best midfielders in history. He's a great player."
It should be noted that Napoli will host Milan in the 31st round of the Italian Serie A. The Naples representative is currently in 3rd place in the tournament table, while Milan is in 2nd place.
