Dastan Satpayev opened the scoring in the ninth minute, giving Kazakhstan the lead. Hans Vanaken scored the equalizer in the 48th minute.
Islam Chesnokov received a red card in the 79th minute, leaving Kazakhstan with ten players.
After this match, Belgium leads Group J with 15 points from seven games. Kazakhstan is in fourth place with eight points from eight games.
Forty-eight national teams divided into 12 groups of four teams each will participate in the 2026 World Cup.
