"Kayrat", representing Almaty, has once again achieved the championship in the 2025 season of the Kazakhstan Premier League.
Idman.Biz reports that in the final - 26th round, Rafael Urazbakhtin's team managed to retain the title by drawing 1:1 with "Astana".
"Astana" opened the scoring in the 14th minute with a goal by Marin Tomasov, but in the second half, 17-year-old striker Dastan Satpayev restored balance in the 55th minute.
According to the final standings of the season, "Kayrat" took first place with 59 points, "Astana" was second with 57 points, and "Tobol" was third with 54 points.
Thus, "Kayrat" has confirmed its status as the strongest club in Kazakhstan by winning the national championship for the second consecutive season.
