Kayrat Boranbayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Kayrat", responded to the concerns of some European clubs regarding long flights to Kazakhstan during Champions League matches. Sport24.az reports that Boranbayev shared his thoughts on this with "Sport-express".
"We have had an answer to this question for a long time: we also fly! We also cover the same distance. This is normal. Europe should be happy that it has such large football borders!"
It should be noted that "Kayrat's" opponents in the general stage of the Champions League were "Real", "Inter", "Club Brugge", "Arsenal", "Olympiacos", "Sporting", "Pafos" and "Copenhagen".
