As we reported, Sumgayit lost to Gabala 0:1 in a friendly match today. Sport24.az reports that after the game, the head coach of the "red-blacks" Kakhaber Tskhadadze gave an interview to the club's press service:
"This is a friendly game. There are important moments here as well. First of all, I must say that my players are under a lot of pressure. Nevertheless, we still have to work hard and improve a lot. We also have new players. They are also in the process of adapting to the team and the style of play. Test matches are very important in this regard. Of course, we have many mistakes. There are many things we need to work on. Winning does not mean we should relax. Relaxation is absolutely unacceptable. There are many shortcomings. We played better in the previous matches. This time, however, most of the players were on the field for more than 80 minutes. We still have to work hard and move forward a lot."
The head coach also touched upon transfers: "There should also be transfers. This issue is currently one of the most important issues. We are working hard with our sports director to make new transfers. We are aware that we need to strengthen. And also to strengthen in the right direction."
