Shortcomings at the Yevlakh city stadium are being eliminated so that it can host Misli Premier League games.
The vice-president of the "Karvan-Yevlax" club, Kenan Kerimov, told "Report" about this.
He stated that a number of works have been carried out in the arena:
"We are eliminating the shortcomings in the stadium. A lot of work has been done there. Officials of the Professional Football League (PFL) last inspected the arena in mid-September. At that time, the weather was rainy, so we could not pour rubber on the grass cover. It is almost completely finished".
The vice-president said that PFL officials will inspect the stadium again in the near future:
"We want to hold all our home games on our home field. We will send an invitation to the PFL again in a day or two. We still have time. If everything is in order and a positive decision is made, we want to hold our X round match in Yevlakh".
It should be noted that "Karvan-Yevlax" has been holding its games at the Shamakhi city stadium since the beginning of the season. The regional representative will host "Zira" in the X round (October 31 - November 2).
