Idman.Biz reports with reference to "Report" that the Yevlakh representative will sign a contract with "Mingachevir" midfielder Samir Abdullayev until the end of the current season.
Not wanting to be limited to this, the team plans to attract at least one foreign football player to its ranks during the winter break.
