AFFA has penalized "Karvan-Yevlax", which participates in the U-10 League, and its head coach Oqtay Alizadeh.
Idman.Biz reports that the decision was made by the AFFA Disciplinary Committee.
The "Karvan-Yevlax" team was given a technical defeat of 0:3 and removed from the competition for involving a football player belonging to the SUHB team in its squad at least three times in various games.
Also, the team's head coach, Oqtay Alizadeh, has been banned from participating in any football-related activity for a period of six months (articles 99, 79.4, 97.1, 97.2, 11.3).
