Today, a meeting of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee was held. Sport24.az reports that the following decisions were made at the meeting regarding the matches of the second qualifying round of the Bizon Azerbaijan Cup:
On 28.10.2025, in the 99th minute of the "Karvan-Yevlakh" – "Sheki City" match of the second qualifying round of the Bizon Azerbaijan Cup, Nika Chachashvili, the number 5 player of the "Karvan-Yevlakh" team, was suspended for 1 match for receiving a red card after his second yellow card, and the "Karvan-Yevlakh" team was fined 500 manats (articles 17.5, 17.7);
On 29.10.2025, in the "Shimal" – "Shahdag Gusar" match of the second qualifying round of the Bizon Azerbaijan Cup, the "Shimal" team was fined 210 manats because 4 players of the "Shimal" team received yellow cards (article 43.1).
