According to information received by our editorial office from a reliable source regarding the issue, although it is planned to put the Ganja stadium into operation before the start of the III CIS Games, "Kapaz" will be able to use the services of its home arena in the spring of 2026 at best. The reason is the grass cover. According to experts, the new natural turf that will be planted in the winter months may not be able to withstand the load.
It should be noted that the Ganja representative held its home games in Tovuz in the 2024/25 "football year".
