Kady Borges scored his 40th goal for "Qarabag".
According to "Report", citing the Professional Football League, the Brazilian midfielder scored a double in the semi-final match of the Azerbaijan Cup against "Sabah" (2:2).
Thus, he reached the mark of "40" goals in 123 matches played for the Agdam club.
The South American has scored 24 goals in the Premier League (in 70 matches), 6 in the Azerbaijan Cup (in 14 matches), and 10 in European cups (in 39 matches). Kady is the 18th player in the history of "Qarabag" to score 40 or more goals.
It should be noted that Borges scored his first goal for "Qarabag" on August 12, 2021, in the home game of the third qualifying round of the Conference League against AEL (Cyprus).
