"Liverpool" winger Federico Chiesa is ready to return to "Juventus." The Turin club wants to loan the player with an option to buy later. Sport24.az reports that insider Nicolo Schira shared this on his social media account.
The parties are expected to begin discussing the contract this week. "Liverpool" management is considering selling the player outright.
The Italian footballer transferred from "Juventus" to the "Reds" for 12 million euros in August 2024. His contract with the English club runs until the summer of 2028.
It should be noted that Chiesa participated in 131 games, scored 32 goals, and provided 24 assists during his time at "Juventus." This season, he has appeared in 20 games for "Liverpool," playing a total of 469 minutes, scoring 2 goals, and providing 3 assists.
