"Juventus" held a meeting regarding the extension of Dušan Vlahović's contract.
According to İdman.Biz, it was previously reported that the 26-year-old striker intended to continue his career at the Turin club or "Barcelona".
According to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the initial meeting showed that both sides are open to future cooperation, although no final decision has been made yet. It will take some time to determine whether there is a real chance of reaching an agreement, but the club and the player will meet again soon.
"Juventus" has made it clear that they are ready to extend the contract with the player on their terms. On the other hand, Vlahović replied that his priority is to first consider Juventus' offer.
It is claimed that despite the expiration of the Serbian footballer's contract, he has no obligations to any team. Therefore, he plans to discuss the situation with his father and other potential negotiators and meet with Juventus representatives again in the coming days.
Both sides are currently ready to make efforts to reach a financial agreement regarding the new contract.
