Former Qarabag forward Juninho Olavio has brought additional income to his former club.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to futbolinfo.az that the Brazilian footballer's success at Flamengo ensured that 1 million manats (500 thousand euros) were included in the budget of the Aghdam representative.
When Juninho was sold to Flamengo for 5 million euros a year ago, a bonus clause of 250,000 euros was added to the contract for each title won. Since the football player became both the national champion and the winner of the Libertadores Cup with the Brazilian club, Qarabag was paid a total of 500,000 euros for the equivalent of two titles.
Let us remind you that Qarabag made a fairly large financial profit from the sale of Juninho, whom they transferred for only 450,000 euros in 2023.
