UEFA's elite young player development expert, Julien Escudé, was on a working visit to Baku.
"Report" informs that during his two-day visit, he met with AFFA Deputy General Secretary Elchin Mammadov, Technical Director Jahangir Hasanzadeh, and Elite Training Project Manager Rufat Karimli.
Julien Escudé familiarized himself with the development of youth football in Azerbaijan, and exchanged views with AFFA officials on topics such as the regional elite program, the process of identifying talented players, the path to national teams, the coaching structure, and the general allocation of the "HatTrick" program budget.
