The management of Spartak Moscow has approved the candidacy of Spaniard Juan Carlos Carcedo for the position of the club's new head coach.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to Championat.
The 52-year-old specialist has been the head coach of Pafos since the summer of 2023. During this time, under his leadership, the club became the champion of Cyprus and won the Cyprus Cup.
If the Moscow club can agree with Pafos on a transfer, the coach will manage Spartak.
Spartak's last head coach was Serbian Dejan Stankovic. After his departure, Vadim Romanov temporarily headed the club.
