German footballer Joy-Lance Mickels, who played his 100th match for "Sabah", is not at the physical level he wants to be.
The 31-year-old striker made a statement to "Report" about this.
The forward spoke about returning to the green fields after recovering from an injury:
"I am currently not at the physical level I want to be. I want to restore my form as soon as possible and help my team better."
He shared his thoughts on playing his 100th match in the Misli Premier League:
"I was very happy to play my 100th match in the national championship as part of 'Sabah'. This is my favorite club. Therefore, such a result means a lot to me."
It should be noted that Joy-Lance Mickels' anniversary coincided with the XXI round. He came on as a substitute in the home match against "Kapaz" (1:0). The 32-year-old forward, who only played for one club in Azerbaijan - "Sabah", scored 47 goals in 100 games. His average productivity is 0.47.
