Fenerbahçe's head coach, Jose Mourinho, criticized the club's management before the second leg of the Champions League play-off against Benfica. Sport24.az reports that the Portuguese specialist complained about the lack of new transfers:
"If the Champions League was important for my club, I think new players would have been bought after the Feyenoord game. I will go to the matches with Benfica with the same squad, with the players who played against Feyenoord (in the previous round). I don't think the club has made an extra effort to achieve a successful result in these two matches with Benfica."
It should be noted that the Turkish club will face Benfica in Lisbon today. The match in Istanbul ended in a goalless draw.
