Jens Petter Hauge has set a new record among Norwegian footballers in the UEFA Champions League.
According to "Report", citing foreign media, the Budø/Glimt striker has scored 6 goals in the tournament this season.
This goes down in history as the most goals scored in a season by a Norwegian club. The footballer, who scored twice against Tottenham (England) and Inter (Italy), also scored once in matches against Borussia (Dortmund, Germany) and Manchester City (England).
It should be noted that Budø/Glimt eliminated Inter in the UEFA Champions League play-off stage with the result of two matches (3:1, 2:1) and qualified for the 1/8 finals. The Norwegian representative will face the winner of the Manchester City – Sporting pair in the next stage.
