"Trabzonspor" is in the second place in the list with 7,856,638,973 TL (approximately 314 million AZN).
"Fenerbahçe" is in the third place with 6,222,490,850 TL (approximately 249 million AZN).
"Beşiktaş" is in the fourth place with a spending limit of 5,830,441,031 TL (approximately 233 million AZN).
Thus, according to the decision of the TFF, there are significant differences between the budget capabilities of the four major clubs in the January transfer period, which will directly affect the activity in the transfer market.
