Football expert Jamie Carragher believes that Liverpool's midfielder Florian Wirtz is not in good shape. The veteran footballer has suggested that the German midfielder be removed from the Reds' main team. Sport24.az reports that he made a statement about this to Sky Sports.
"I don't think the team is properly balanced right now. Florian Wirtz stands out in this regard. He's not in full shape. He's a young boy who moved to a new league. He still has a lot of time to adapt. In my opinion, he needs to be removed from the squad so that Liverpool can return to where they were last season and then continue on their way. Because there is currently confusion in the squad."
It should be noted that Wirtz became the most expensive transfer in the club's history last summer by moving from Leverkusen's Bayer to Liverpool.
