"I had to return to Arda because I had a contract." These words were stated by Jalal Huseynov, who wears the uniform of the Bulgarian representative, in his statement to Sport24.az.
The defender said that despite receiving offers from Azerbaijani clubs, he is still continuing his journey with Arda:
"I had offers from Azerbaijan, we had negotiations with several clubs. I currently have a contract with Arda and I have focused all my attention there. I want to stay here until the end of my contract. We are playing in the Conference League. I play in the main team, my business is in order. It's football, anything can happen at any moment. We faced HIK in the Conference League match. The game took place in our advantage. The opponent did not have a single accurate shot on goal. But we could not use 2-3 real goal episodes. HIK is a passable opponent. Our goal in the Conference League is to go as far as we can."
It should be noted that after 2 rounds, Arda, which has 1 point in its asset, is ranked 13th in the tournament table.
