Croatian club "Hajduk", the opponent of "Zira" in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League, stands out with its quality game.
This was stated by Jahangir Hasanzada, Technical Director of AFFA, in his statement to "Report".
The expert expressed his belief that "Zira" will achieve a favorable result:
"Zira" has a strong opponent. In general, our representative got the most undesirable opponent during the draw. Because there were more suitable teams on the list. "Hajduk" stands out with its fairly quality game. Also, as far as I know, they have not made major changes in the squad. In this sense, "Zira" may have difficulties. In general, the Croatian club is one step ahead of "Zira" in terms of both financial and football potential. However, this does not mean that "Zira" will be weak and "Hajduk" will be completely superior. Head coach Rashad Sadigov has his own unique style of play and is able to make adequate decisions against strong opponents. "Zira" can achieve a favorable result in the first game."
It should be noted that the "Zira" - "Hajduk" match will start today at 19:30 at "Neftchi Arena".
