Newcastle players will keep a close eye on Qarabagh's midfielder Joni Montiel in the match against them.
According to Report, this was said by Newcastle player Jacob Murphy at a press conference before the return leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off stage against Qarabagh.
He emphasized that Qarabagh is not a weak opponent:
"Qarabagh is actually a difficult opponent. They build good attacks from the back with their number 9, Joni Montiel. We need to pay attention to this. Since we are playing at home, we will try to apply our own game principles."
Note that the Newcastle - Qarabagh match will take place in England on the night of February 24-25, at 00:00. In the first match in Baku, the visitors were superior with a score of 6:1.
