The regional representative has parted ways with Zahir Mirzazade, Agshin Yaqubov, Hasrat Mursalov, Taleh Garayev, Mirmovsum Janiyev, Samir Ibrahimov, Nurlan Guliyev, Polad Ibrahimov, Elshad Aliyev, Maharram Orujov, Zeynaldin Abdurahmanov, Samir Maharramli, Kenan Bakhishov, Ravil Gafarov, Okan Tahmazli, Bilal Ismayilov, Umid Jafarov, Vusal Safarov and Akpar Veliyev.
It should be noted that the I League will start on September 11. The championship will be held in a 3-round system with the participation of 10 teams.
